1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SelfBlock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SelfBlock is a screen time management application that helps you manage your phone usage through:

• App blocking and focus modes
• Buddy system for mutual accountability
• Community mode for anonymous support
• Daily check-ins and progress tracking
• Apple Watch companion app for viewing stats and responding to buddy requests

The App uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls / Managed Settings) to apply app restrictions on your device.

3. Account and Authentication

• The App creates an anonymous account automatically — no registration required
• You may optionally link your Apple ID for account recovery across device changes or reinstalls
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account
• If you uninstall the App without linking Apple Sign-In, your account and buddy connections may be permanently lost

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• SelfBlock offers free and premium (Pro) tiers
• The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be automatically charged for the yearly subscription
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be offered once per Apple ID
• A one-time lifetime purchase option is also available, granting permanent Pro access with no recurring charges

5. Buddy System and Community Mode

• The buddy system connects two users for mutual accountability
• By using the buddy system, you consent to sharing access request information with your connected buddy
• Community mode allows anonymous users to respond to your access requests
• You must not use the messaging features to send harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Messages are limited in length and subject to rate limiting
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate community guidelines

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the App's blocking mechanisms through technical means
• Abuse the buddy or community messaging system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SelfBlock are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. The SelfBlock name, logo, and all related names and logos are trademarks of the developer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The blocking functionality will work perfectly in all circumstances (Apple may change Screen Time APIs)
• The buddy system will always be available (requires internet connection)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:

• Inability to access blocked apps when needed
• Loss of data due to account issues
• Actions taken by buddies or community members

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• Material changes will be communicated through the App

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

SelfBlock'u ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

SelfBlock, telefon kullanımınızı yönetmenize yardımcı olan bir ekran süresi yönetim uygulamasıdır. Aşağıdaki özellikleri sunar:

• Uygulama engelleme ve odaklanma modları
• Karşılıklı hesap verebilirlik için arkadaş sistemi
• Anonim destek için topluluk modu
• Günlük kontroller ve ilerleme takibi
• İstatistikleri görüntülemek ve arkadaş taleplerine yanıt vermek için Apple Watch eşlikçi uygulaması

Uygulama, cihazınızda uygulama kısıtlamaları uygulamak için Apple'ın Ekran Süresi API'sini (Family Controls / Managed Settings) kullanır.

3. Hesap ve Kimlik Doğrulama

• Uygulama otomatik olarak anonim bir hesap oluşturur — kayıt gerekmez
• Cihaz değişikliği veya yeniden yükleme durumlarında hesap kurtarma için isteğe bağlı olarak Apple Kimliğinizi bağlayabilirsiniz
• Cihazınızın ve hesabınızın güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır
• Apple ile Giriş bağlamadan Uygulamayı kaldırırsanız, hesabınız ve arkadaş bağlantılarınız kalıcı olarak kaybedilebilir

4. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

• SelfBlock ücretsiz ve premium (Pro) katmanlar sunar
• Yıllık abonelik 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme süresi içerir. Deneme süresi bitmeden iptal etmezseniz, Apple Kimliğinize yıllık abonelik ücreti otomatik olarak yansıtılır
• Premium abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden faturalandırılır
• Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir
• Aboneliklerinizi Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz (Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler)
• İadeler, Apple'ın iade politikasına uygun olarak Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilir
• Ücretsiz deneme uygunluğu Apple tarafından belirlenir ve her Apple Kimliği için bir kez sunulabilir
• Ayrıca tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma seçeneği de mevcuttur; tekrarlayan ücret olmadan kalıcı Pro erişim sağlar

5. Arkadaş Sistemi ve Topluluk Modu

• Arkadaş sistemi, karşılıklı hesap verebilirlik için iki kullanıcıyı birbirine bağlar
• Arkadaş sistemini kullanarak, erişim talebi bilgilerinizi bağlı arkadaşınızla paylaşmaya onay verirsiniz
• Topluluk modu, anonim kullanıcıların erişim taleplerinize yanıt vermesine olanak tanır
• Mesajlaşma özelliklerini zararlı, küfürlü veya uygunsuz içerik göndermek için kullanmamalısınız
• Mesajlar uzunluk sınırına tabidir ve hız sınırlaması uygulanır
• Topluluk kurallarını ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma hakkımızı saklı tutarz

6. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri YAPMAMAYİ kabul edersiniz:

• Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasa dışı amaç için kullanmak
• Uygulamanın engelleme mekanizmalarını teknik yollarla aşmaya çalışmak
• Arkadaş veya topluluk mesajlaşma sistemini kötüye kullanmak
• Ücretsiz katman sınırlamalarını aşmak için birden fazla hesap oluşturmak
• Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu tersine mühendislik, derlemeyi çözme veya çıkarmaya teşebbüs etmek
• Uygulamanın hizmetlerini veya sunucularını engellemek veya bozmak

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

SelfBlock'un tüm içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği geliştiriciye aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. SelfBlock adı, logosu ve tüm ilgili adlar ve logolar geliştiricinin ticari markalarıdır.

8. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama herhangi bir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulmaktadır. Aşağıdakileri garanti etmiyoruz:

• Uygulamanın kesintisiz, zamanında, güvenli veya hatasız olacağı
• Engelleme işlevselliğinin tüm koşullarda mükemmel çalışacağı (Apple, Ekran Süresi API'lerini değiştirebilir)
• Arkadaş sisteminin her zaman kullanılabilir olacağı (internet bağlantısı gerektirir)

9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zarardan sorumlu olmayacaktır. Bu, aşağıdakilerden kaynaklanan zararları içerir ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir:

• İhtiyaç duyulduğunda engellenen uygulamalara erişememe
• Hesap sorunları nedeniyle veri kaybı
• Arkadaşlar veya topluluk üyeleri tarafından gerçekleştirilen eylemler

10. Uygulama ve Koşullarda Değişiklikler

• Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü istediğimiz zaman değiştirme, askıya alma veya durdurma hakkımızı saklı tutarz
• Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz
• Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir
• Önemli değişiklikler Uygulama aracılığıyla bildirilecektir

11. Fesih

Bu Koşulları ihlal ettiğinize veya diğer kullanıcılara ya da hizmete zarar verdiğinize inandığımız davranışlar nedeniyle, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın Uygulamaya erişiminizi istediğimiz zaman sonlandırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz.

12. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, kanun ihtilafı hükümleri dikkate alınmaksızın, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır.

2. Beschreibung des Dienstes

SelfBlock ist eine Bildschirmzeit-Verwaltungsanwendung, die Ihnen hilft, Ihre Telefonnutzung zu verwalten durch:

• App-Sperrung und Fokusmodi
• Buddy-System für gegenseitige Verantwortlichkeit
• Community-Modus für anonyme Unterstützung
• Tägliche Check-ins und Fortschrittsverfolgung
• Apple Watch Begleit-App zum Anzeigen von Statistiken und Beantworten von Buddy-Anfragen

Die App verwendet Apples Screen Time API (Family Controls / Managed Settings), um App-Einschränkungen auf Ihrem Gerät anzuwenden.

3. Konto und Authentifizierung

• Die App erstellt automatisch ein anonymes Konto — keine Registrierung erforderlich
• Sie können optional Ihre Apple-ID für die Kontowiederherstellung bei Gerätewechsel oder Neuinstallationen verknüpfen
• Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihres Geräts und Kontos verantwortlich
• Wenn Sie die App deinstallieren, ohne Apple-Anmeldung zu verknüpfen, können Ihr Konto und Ihre Buddy-Verbindungen dauerhaft verloren gehen

4. Abonnements und Zahlungen

• SelfBlock bietet kostenlose und Premium-(Pro-)Stufen an
• Das Jahresabonnement beinhaltet eine 3-tägige kostenlose Testversion. Wenn Sie vor Ablauf des Testzeitraums nicht kündigen, wird Ihre Apple-ID automatisch für das Jahresabonnement belastet
• Premium-Abonnements werden über Apples App Store abgerechnet
• Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums gekündigt werden
• Sie können Abonnements in Ihren Apple-ID-Kontoeinstellungen verwalten und kündigen (Einstellungen > Apple-ID > Abonnements)
• Erstattungen werden von Apple gemäß deren Erstattungsrichtlinie abgewickelt
• Die Berechtigung für die kostenlose Testversion wird von Apple bestimmt und kann einmal pro Apple-ID angeboten werden
• Es gibt auch eine einmalige Lifetime-Kaufoption, die dauerhaften Pro-Zugang ohne wiederkehrende Kosten gewährt

5. Buddy-System und Community-Modus

• Das Buddy-System verbindet zwei Benutzer für gegenseitige Verantwortlichkeit
• Durch die Nutzung des Buddy-Systems stimmen Sie zu, Zugriffsanfrageinformationen mit Ihrem verbundenen Buddy zu teilen
• Der Community-Modus ermöglicht es anonymen Benutzern, auf Ihre Zugriffsanfragen zu antworten
• Sie dürfen die Nachrichtenfunktionen nicht verwenden, um schädliche, beleidigende oder unangemessene Inhalte zu senden
• Nachrichten sind in der Länge begrenzt und unterliegen einer Ratenbegrenzung
• Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Konten zu sperren, die gegen die Community-Richtlinien verstoßen

6. Akzeptable Nutzung

Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, Folgendes NICHT zu tun:

• Die App für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu verwenden
• Zu versuchen, die Sperrmechanismen der App durch technische Mittel zu umgehen
• Das Buddy- oder Community-Nachrichtensystem zu missbrauchen
• Mehrere Konten zu erstellen, um die Einschränkungen der kostenlosen Stufe zu umgehen
• Die App rückzuentwickeln, zu dekompilieren oder zu versuchen, den Quellcode zu extrahieren
• Die Dienste oder Server der App zu stören oder zu beeinträchtigen

7. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte, Funktionen und die Funktionalität von SelfBlock sind Eigentum des Entwicklers und durch internationale Urheber- und andere geistige Eigentumsgesetze geschützt. Der Name SelfBlock, das Logo und alle zugehörigen Namen und Logos sind Marken des Entwicklers.

8. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass:

• Die App ununterbrochen, rechtzeitig, sicher oder fehlerfrei funktioniert
• Die Sperrfunktionalität unter allen Umständen einwandfrei funktioniert (Apple kann die Screen Time APIs ändern)
• Das Buddy-System immer verfügbar ist (erfordert Internetverbindung)

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

Im gesetzlich maximal zulässigen Umfang haftet der Entwickler nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden, die aus Ihrer Nutzung der App entstehen. Dies umfasst, ist aber nicht beschränkt auf, Schäden die entstehen durch:

• Unfähigkeit, bei Bedarf auf gesperrte Apps zuzugreifen
• Datenverlust aufgrund von Kontoproblemen
• Handlungen von Buddys oder Community-Mitgliedern

10. Änderungen an der App und den Bedingungen

• Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, jeden Teil der App jederzeit zu ändern, auszusetzen oder einzustellen
• Wir können diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren
• Die fortgesetzte Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen
• Wesentliche Änderungen werden über die App mitgeteilt

11. Kündigung

Wir können Ihren Zugang zur App jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung kündigen oder aussetzen, wenn Ihr Verhalten nach unserer Auffassung gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt oder für andere Benutzer oder den Dienst schädlich ist.

12. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen den Gesetzen der Republik Türkei und werden in Übereinstimmung mit diesen ausgelegt, ohne Berücksichtigung der Kollisionsnormen.

• Bloqueio de aplicativos e modos de foco
• Sistema de parceiros para responsabilidade mútua
• Modo comunidade para suporte anônimo
• Check-ins diários e acompanhamento de progresso
• Aplicativo companheiro para Apple Watch para visualizar estatisticas e responder a solicitacoes de parceiros

O Aplicativo usa a API de Tempo de Tela da Apple (Family Controls / Managed Settings) para aplicar restrições de aplicativos no seu dispositivo.

3. Conta e Autenticação

• O Aplicativo cria uma conta anônima automaticamente — nenhum cadastro necessário
• Você pode opcionalmente vincular seu Apple ID para recuperação de conta em caso de troca de dispositivo ou reinstalação
• Você é responsável por manter a segurança do seu dispositivo e conta
• Se você desinstalar o Aplicativo sem vincular o Apple Sign-In, sua conta e conexões de parceiros podem ser permanentemente perdidas

4. Assinaturas e Pagamentos

• O SelfBlock oferece planos gratuito e premium (Pro)
• A assinatura anual inclui um período de teste grátis de 3 dias. Se você não cancelar antes do término do período de teste, seu Apple ID será automaticamente cobrado pela assinatura anual
• Assinaturas premium são cobradas através da App Store da Apple
• As assinaturas são renovadas automaticamente, a menos que sejam canceladas pelo menos 24 horas antes do final do período atual
• Você pode gerenciar e cancelar assinaturas nas configurações da sua conta Apple ID (Ajustes > Apple ID > Assinaturas)
• Reembolsos são tratados pela Apple de acordo com sua política de reembolso
• A elegibilidade para o teste grátis é determinada pela Apple e pode ser oferecida uma vez por Apple ID
• Também está disponível uma opção de compra vitalícia única, concedendo acesso Pro permanente sem cobranças recorrentes

5. Sistema de Parceiros e Modo Comunidade

• O sistema de parceiros conecta dois usuários para responsabilidade mútua
• Ao usar o sistema de parceiros, você consente em compartilhar informações de solicitação de acesso com seu parceiro conectado
• O modo comunidade permite que usuários anônimos respondam às suas solicitações de acesso
• Você não deve usar os recursos de mensagens para enviar conteúdo prejudicial, abusivo ou inadequado
• As mensagens são limitadas em comprimento e estão sujeitas a limitação de taxa
• Reservamo-nos o direito de suspender contas que violem as diretrizes da comunidade

6. Uso Aceitável

Você concorda em NÃO:

• Usar o Aplicativo para qualquer finalidade ilegal
• Tentar contornar os mecanismos de bloqueio do Aplicativo por meios técnicos
• Abusar do sistema de mensagens de parceiros ou da comunidade
• Criar múltiplas contas para contornar as limitações do plano gratuito
• Realizar engenharia reversa, descompilar ou tentar extrair o código-fonte do Aplicativo
• Interferir ou interromper os serviços ou servidores do Aplicativo

7. Propriedade Intelectual

Todo o conteúdo, recursos e funcionalidades do SelfBlock são de propriedade do desenvolvedor e são protegidos por leis internacionais de direitos autorais e outras leis de propriedade intelectual. O nome SelfBlock, o logotipo e todos os nomes e logotipos relacionados são marcas registradas do desenvolvedor.

8. Isenção de Garantias

O Aplicativo é fornecido "como está" e "conforme disponível", sem garantias de qualquer tipo. Não garantimos que:

• O Aplicativo será ininterrupto, pontual, seguro ou livre de erros
• A funcionalidade de bloqueio funcionará perfeitamente em todas as circunstâncias (a Apple pode alterar as APIs de Tempo de Tela)
• O sistema de parceiros estará sempre disponível (requer conexão com a internet)

9. Limitação de Responsabilidade

Na máxima extensão permitida por lei, o desenvolvedor não será responsável por quaisquer danos indiretos, incidentais, especiais ou consequenciais decorrentes do seu uso do Aplicativo. Isso inclui, mas não se limita a, danos decorrentes de:

• Incapacidade de acessar aplicativos bloqueados quando necessário
• Perda de dados devido a problemas de conta
• Ações tomadas por parceiros ou membros da comunidade

10. Modificações no Aplicativo e nos Termos

• Reservamo-nos o direito de modificar, suspender ou descontinuar qualquer parte do Aplicativo a qualquer momento
• Podemos atualizar estes Termos periodicamente
• O uso continuado após as alterações constitui aceitação dos novos Termos
• Alterações substanciais serão comunicadas através do Aplicativo

11. Rescisão

Podemos encerrar ou suspender seu acesso ao Aplicativo a qualquer momento, sem aviso prévio, por conduta que acreditamos violar estes Termos ou ser prejudicial a outros usuários ou ao serviço.

12. Lei Aplicável

Estes Termos serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com as leis da República da Turquia, sem considerar suas disposições sobre conflitos de leis.

本アプリは、Apple のScreen Time API（Family Controls / Managed Settings）を使用して、お客様のデバイスにアプリの制限を適用します。

3. アカウントと認証

• 本アプリは匿名アカウントを自動的に作成します — 登録は不要です
• デバイスの変更や再インストール時のアカウント復旧のために、任意でApple IDを連携できます
• お客様のデバイスとアカウントのセキュリティを維持する責任はお客様にあります
• Apple サインインを連携せずにアプリをアンインストールすると、アカウントとバディ接続が永久に失われる可能性があります

4. サブスクリプションと支払い

• SelfBlockは無料プランとプレミアム（Pro）プランを提供しています
• 年間サブスクリプションには3日間の無料トライアルが含まれています。トライアル期間終了前にキャンセルしない場合、お客様のApple IDに年間サブスクリプション料金が自動的に請求されます
• プレミアムサブスクリプションはAppleのApp Storeを通じて請求されます
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます
• サブスクリプションはApple IDのアカウント設定で管理およびキャンセルできます（設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション）

5. バディシステムとコミュニティモード

• バディシステムは、相互責任のために2人のユーザーを接続します
• バディシステムを使用することにより、接続されたバディとアクセスリクエスト情報を共有することに同意するものとします
• コミュニティモードでは、匿名ユーザーがお客様のアクセスリクエストに応答できます
• メッセージ機能を使用して、有害、虐待的、または不適切なコンテンツを送信してはなりません
• メッセージには文字数制限があり、送信レート制限が適用されます
• コミュニティガイドラインに違反するアカウントを停止する権利を留保します

6. 許容される利用

お客様は、以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします：

• 違法な目的で本アプリを使用すること
• 技術的手段によって本アプリのブロック機能を回避しようとすること
• バディまたはコミュニティメッセージシステムを悪用すること
• 無料プランの制限を回避するために複数のアカウントを作成すること
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、またはソースコードの抽出を試みること
• 本アプリのサービスまたはサーバーを妨害または中断すること

7. 知的財産権

SelfBlockのすべてのコンテンツ、機能、および機能性は開発者が所有しており、国際的な著作権法およびその他の知的財産法により保護されています。SelfBlockの名称、ロゴ、およびすべての関連する名称とロゴは開発者の商標です。

8. 保証の免責

本アプリは、いかなる種類の保証もなく、「現状のまま」および「利用可能な状態で」提供されます。以下を保証するものではありません：

• 本アプリが中断なく、タイムリーに、安全に、またはエラーなく動作すること
• ブロック機能がすべての状況で完全に機能すること（AppleがScreen Time APIを変更する可能性があります）
• バディシステムが常に利用可能であること（インターネット接続が必要です）

9. 責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、開発者は、お客様の本アプリの使用から生じるいかなる間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害についても責任を負わないものとします。これには以下から生じる損害を含みますが、これらに限定されません：

• 必要な時にブロックされたアプリにアクセスできないこと
• アカウントの問題によるデータの喪失
• バディまたはコミュニティメンバーによって行われた行為

10. アプリおよび規約の変更

• 当社は、本アプリのいかなる部分をいつでも変更、停止、または中止する権利を留保します
• 本規約を随時更新する場合があります
• 変更後の継続的な使用は、新しい規約の承諾を構成します
• 重要な変更はアプリを通じてお知らせします

11. 契約の終了

当社は、本規約に違反する、または他のユーザーもしくはサービスに害を及ぼすと当社が判断する行為について、事前の通知なく、いつでもお客様の本アプリへのアクセスを終了または停止することができます。

12. 準拠法

本規約は、法の抵触に関する規定を考慮することなく、トルコ共和国の法律に準拠し、これに従って解釈されるものとします。
